Mind, Body, Soul:
Indoctrinated in the Wrong System

The "man" uses natural law against us!

Government – noun; The complex of political institutions, laws,
and customs through which the function of governing is carried out.

To ensure a separation of powers, the U.S. Federal Government is made up of three branches: legislative, executive and judicial. To ensure the government is effective and citizens’ rights are protected, each branch has its own powers and responsibilities, including working with the other branches. This system has been revamped numerous times, and still we haven’t figured out that this probably isn’t the system we should be follow. Despite good intentions, the flawed nature of society proves these policies have missed their mark. Let’s give self-governance a try.

MIND - Legislative branch: make laws

Imagine being able to create your own set of laws to live by. The mind has the ability to think over one hundred thoughts per minute, and that kind of wizardry deserves the power of law making. A law is defined as a rule that is advisable or obligatory to observe. To believe in the mystical powers of the mind, means to understand why those words carry so much meaning. Hearing the word obligated behind something that doesn’t feel right, and having to comply, is detrimental to our well-being and causes utter confusion in our minds. The Federal Government has trained us to not think up one hundred, but only the two thoughts of right or wrong. Surprisingly, the wrong option almost always makes more sense to us and that is solely our spirit trying to guide us in the right direction.

BODY - Executive branch: carries out and enforces laws

After legislation has been passed, our body proceeds to exercise authority, just as the police force would. Out on the front lines, we see things in the physical realm that we relay to the Legislative branch, to figure out what’s working and how things can be better. The body follows the rules set in place and continue to work simultaneously with the mind to ensure order is kept.

SOUL- Judicial branch: interpret laws and apply justice

Order in the court! The support system. When the body has done all it could do to alleviate a situation, the spirit steps in to give the final say, or judgement. When the soul is speaking, it’s time to stop and listen. The soul will explain where you went wrong, express understanding, and give you instruction to ensure you don’t make the same mistake twice.

These three branches work non-stop
to keep us operating at optimal performance. When one is out of sorts, the entire system is susceptible to dis-ease. When our mind is conflicted, the body acts out of character and our spirit exhibits less than favorable traits in ourselves that we never knew existed. Creating a sense of peace and order within ourselves, should come before any set of written laws designed for the consensus.
